I have always had a passion for home design. I love taking a space and making it comfortable and beautiful. It's important and exciting to create spaces in the home that people love to be in. I provide clients with staging, color and design services to create a refreshed and updated look. Whether it's to stage a home to get top dollar in the resale or to redesign an existing home, so that they'll love the home they're in.

My name is Wendy Silva and I'd like to help you transform the look and feel of your home into a warm and inviting space that everyone loves to be in!

Silva Home Design is an HSR Certified Professional home staging and interior redesign organization serving Mansfield, Foxboro, Easton, Sharon, Norton, Attleboro, Norwood, Norfolk, Walpole, Plainville and the surrounding towns. I have completed the most comprehensive and intensive home staging and redesign certification courses in North America provided by the Home Staging Resource.

The HSR Certification program was the first and is one of the only Accredited staging training by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) who is the governing body for the home staging industry.

Wendy is great to work with. She did a lot of advance preparation based on photos and my Houzz ideabooks, and arrived with a narrowed down set of choices already prepared. She even looked up what kind of kitchen tile I had to make sure that the cabinet colors would harmonize and not make my floor look dirty. She also had helpful recommendations about cabinet hardware. She was very knowledgeable about how the undertones in any color impact how it will look with other colors in the room. I bought a house that I am renovating for Airbnb and Wendy was an amazing help. I bought the Design Consultation service and she came with room layouts, tips & tricks, a comprehensive Pinterest board with links to products. She delivered above and beyond all my expectations!

Wendy is a color hero! It was worth every penny and more for her services. I was kinda blown away, was just "hoping for the best" but got much more than that. We had Wendy here for an extended color consultation. She was EXTREMELY well organized and very well prepared. She had a routine that worked really well. Her ideas were awesome. Wendy struck a great balance, gently pushing us to make decisions, but also willing to lead the charge whenever we got bogged down. We were desperate for help and Wendy delivered, big time!
