CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT $275
In this intensive and fun two hour in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get top dollar in the sale of the home!
- We start with a phone interview so I can gather some information about the home and research your buyer demographic in order to prepare for our Consultation time.
- Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we will walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment and staging strategies that are designed to have a significant, emotional impact on your buyers.
- The detailed report also includes my must-have "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist".
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $125 hourly rate)
POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to physically stage the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you currently have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in beautiful staging accessories in order to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase to modernize the space and get higher impact photos.
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $125 hourly rate)
ULTIMATE POWER STAGING & ONE-DAY, HOME-MAKEOVER
Do you have a larger home (over 2,000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem! This service extends our time together to include a day of staging the home, while following the detailed Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you currently have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in beautiful staging accessories in order to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase for modernizing the space and get higher impact photos.
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go.
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
